The Student Governing Board (SGB) represents and serves the needs of Columbia University student organizations whose concerns are activist, humanitarian, ideological, political, religious, or spiritual in nature. We oversee granting budgets to these groups, recognizing new groups under these categories, internal group rules-making, helping publicize events, and a host of other on-campus activities related to these subjects.

Quick Forms

SGB InForm

As part of the SGB's transition towards becoming an advocacy board, we are opening this form, open to all SGB groups and SGB group affiliated students.

Notify us of any complaints, ideas, requests, problems, etc. Whether it has to do with booking space, issues with an advisor, organizing with a department or anything else, we'd love to hear about it.

If you're not sure, we'd encourage you to err on the side of caution and share it with us!

Following receipt of this, we'll review your submission. We may reach out to offer support or if we have any follow-up questions for you.
